Forklift Mechanic

Check equipment and operating systems, resolve motor, pump, conveyor, and hydraulic problems, and perform preventive maintenance per established standards. Use hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment daily to repair and maintain heavy industrial equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks, and bobcats. Ensure mechanical operations, standards, and controls remain at a high quality while providing technical support to lower-level technicians. Comply with company safety guidelines, customer regulations, and policies, and manage positive customer and employee relations. Handle time accounting and complete work orders. Work all shifts flexibly when job demands.
