Job Summary
Forklift Mechanic role at Albertsons Companies focusing on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of material handling equipment. Responsibilities include reading electrical and hydraulic schematics, repairing major components (circuits, electrical parts, hydraulics, LP systems, power transmissions, engines), diagnosing most truck components, performing engine tune-ups, executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting complex electrical systems on IC and electric trucks, using and maintaining tools, mentoring apprentices, following safety procedures, ensuring accurate repair orders, and ordering replacement parts. Requires at least two years of experience or training in industrial equipment repair and current licenses, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and the capacity to work in a warehouse environment with safety and quality focus.
