Forklift Loader - 2nd Shift

Forklift Loader responsible for selecting products in the finished goods warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks to meet customer orders. Certified in forklift operation (sit-down and stand-up) with experience using voice recognition systems, scanners, and paper documents to record activity. Retrieves products from the warehouse and loads directly onto trailers or pre-stages as needed; conducts temperature verifications as directed. Works closely with dispatchers and drivers to ensure on-time performance. May perform other tasks temporarily while maintaining plant policies. Requires ability to work 6+ consecutive days including overtime, late nights, weekends, and holidays in a cold environment (30-34 degrees) with wet surfaces and moderate-to-high noise. Cross-training and buddy support for new hires; must follow oral and written instructions. Prior forklift experience is required (1-2 years) along with physical ability to stand, push/pull/lift, and climb stairs; operate radio and forklift equipment; and participate in safety and quality checks.
