Job Summary
Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, and stage products in a warehouse. Maintain accuracy in inventory handling and order fulfillment, follow safety procedures, and communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates. Work in both system-driven and manual production environments, keeping work areas clean and organized. Requires valid forklift certification and the ability to pass a forklift driving skills test; expected to work 6–10 hours daily in a physically demanding role with attention to detail and dependable attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification
- Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Reach truck experience
- Ability to pass forklift driving skills test
- Strong understanding of workplace safety principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Strong organizational skills
