Job Summary
Forklift Driver/Production Assistant responsible for supplying all manufacturing areas with raw materials and packaging supplies, delivering materials to machines, moving finished products, and maintaining batch traceability. Operates on 12-hour rotating continental shifts, with responsibilities including unloading dunnage trailers, maintaining a clean/workable environment, and reporting incidents. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years operating a Forklift in a production environment
- Valid forklift license
- Ability to frequently lift, push, or move items weighing 50–70 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and a strong team player mindset
- 12-hour Continental Shifts (full-time)
