Job Summary
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, load, and unload inventory within the warehouse. Retrieve products to designated storage or shipping zones, pick multiple orders while confirming UPCs and quantities, and accurately load outbound shipments. Use RF gun and barcode scanners to support operations, assist with QC orders, and maintain clean staging and dock areas. Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and report any malfunctions or safety hazards. Requires forlift certification (Reach, Counterbalance, or Pallet), ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for extra hours and weekends during peak season. Background check is required.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift certification/license including Reach, Counterbalance or Pallet
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry items up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions
- Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must be available to work extra hours and occasional weekends in peak season (typically October to December)
- Must pass a background check conducted by our contracted third-party vendor
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a credit check
- Must pass employment verification
- Must pass education verification
- Must pass a driver's abstract review
