Job Summary
Forklift Driver responsible for safe forklift operation, daily equipment checks, and material movement within the Greer, SC warehouse. Responsibilities include managing material flow from production to storage using FIFO inventory methods, conducting cycle counts and year-end inventory, inspecting finished goods for correct labeling and packaging, maintaining warehouse organization, assisting with shipping/receiving of finished goods and raw materials, supporting production during startups/shutdowns, providing packaging supplies to production areas, assisting with tote changes in the chemical mix department, and adhering to all safety protocols. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1 year forklift experience, 4-5 years in manufacturing/distribution, strong data-entry and PC/SAP aptitude, fluent English, and flexibility for various shifts and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of PC systems and applications; SAP experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as necessary
