Job Summary
Forklift Operator on 2nd shift responsible for moving materials within the facility, performing pre-shift forklift checks, securing loads, and supporting shipments. Responsibilities include conducting tally/verification of inbound and outbound shipments, preparing products for shipment, maintaining a 5S warehouse environment, managing inventory, operating and managing warehouse equipment, and adhering to health and safety policies. Must read shipping documents, communicate effectively, and lift up to 50 pounds; valid forklift license/certification required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Forklift License/Certification
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability lift /move 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents and safety guidelines
