Job Summary
Operate power industrial trucks (forklift, clamp truck, or other MHE) to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise; ensure accurate receiving, put-away, and shipping processes; perform order picking and related duties; maintain organized work areas and accurate inventory records using WMS; ensure safety, quality, and compliance with SOPs and OSHA standards; participate in physical inventories and basic maintenance of equipment; must hold a forklift certification and have 6 months of logistics experience, with a strong emphasis on detail and accuracy. Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and good communication in English are required.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 6 months in logistics/distribution/relevant environment
- Certificates: Forklift training program
- Skills: RF scanners, WMS, basic computer skills, English proficiency
- Abilities: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, ability to work with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years warehouse/logistics/distribution experience
- 1-2 years forklift experience
- Current or prior MHE certification
- Forklift certification
- Ability to operate MHE
- Strong attention to detail
- English proficiency
