Job Summary
Forklift Dock B role at Conagra Brands in Darien, WI on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM-10:00 PM). Duties include assisting stacking crew, moving product around the dock, stacking cases, pallet movement, transporting products to and from trailer staging, loading/unloading trailers, ensuring trailer hook/choke is engaged, operating/battery maintenance of forklift, battery changes, maintaining a clean, safe work area, and completing related paperwork. Requires knowledge of battery room equipment, forklift operation and maintenance, ability to transport materials, operation of pull pack, and fluency in English; basic math skills required. Location is on-site at a major distribution facility with benefits and opportunities for career development.
Required Qualifications
- Must be knowledgeable of battery room equipment and procedures
- Must be able to operate and perform proper maintenance of forklift trucks
- Must be able to carefully transport materials
- Must be able to operate a pull pack
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Must be knowledgeable of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
