Job Summary
Forklift Driver responsible for safely operating forklifts and warehouse equipment to move finished goods and materials, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining inventory accuracy using SAP. Responsibilities include verifying product and pallet identification, staging outbound shipments, preparing transfer paperwork, supporting cycle counts and warehouse organization, and maintaining a safe, clean warehouse in compliance with food safety standards (Organic, Kosher, allergen, SQF). Requires high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and forklift experience (sit-down and reach truck), plus familiarity with RF scan guns and warehouse inventory systems. Must be able to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail, reliability, and flexible scheduling. On-site, full-time role with shifts and occasional weekends. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Forklift experience required, including sit-down and reach truck operation
- Experience using RF scan guns and warehouse inventory systems preferred
