Job Summary
Material Handlers in the Distribution Area load/unload materials, verify transactions against production, operate manual and powered material handling equipment, use Warehouse management systems for shipping/receiving, ensure correct pallets per EXACTA and supplier criteria, maintain inventory accuracy, troubleshoot issues, complete pre-shift checks on powered equipment, keep a clean work area, follow GMPs, and assist with training new employees. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification after 90 days, PMHE license, good communication, basic Windows skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (and up to 35 lbs frequently), and attention to detail. Second shift role with an hourly pay range of $18.75–$32.75 plus potential bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forktruck certification after 90 days
- Must obtain a Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE) License
- Proficient computer skills (Windows Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- English reading and writing
