Job Summary
Conduct warehouse operations including loading/unloading trucks, order picking, packing, staging, and shipping/receiving. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and vans while performing preventive maintenance and conducting quality checks. Transport materials and finished products to designated storage or delivery areas, maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety standards. Clean and organize work areas following 5S standards. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain a productive, safe, and organized environment. Work a 2-2-3 shift schedule with mandatory overtime possible.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-2-3 schedule
- Forklift certification preferred (on-the-job training available if needed)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in general labor, construction, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts, or other industrial vehicles
- 1–3 months of relevant experience
- Basic math and reading comprehension
- Ability to follow multi-step written and oral instructions
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and equipment operation
- Ability to adapt to changing job conditions and perform non-technical tasks
- Ability to apply common sense and follow simple problem-solving techniques in routine situations
