Job Summary
Operate forklifts and balers to compress and bale textiles, load recycle trailers, and move products into proper storage areas. Maintain accurate inventory by tracking seasonal stock, weighing bales, and recording daily temperature checks. Perform housekeeping on equipment, tie off completed bales, and assist with hand or conveyor loading of materials. Provide empty gaylords as requested and order bale wire supplies when needed. Complete required forklift training and pass drug and random testing, as this is a safety-sensitive role. Work full-time shifts including nights and weekends with overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eighteen or older
- Must be able to pass drug test and random testing
- Previous conviction of dangerous or violent crimes will exclude applicant from job
- Must be able to complete forklift training
- Frequently pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 lbs
- Full-Time position
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Past forklift experience preferred but will train
