Job Summary
Fork Truck Operator on 3rd Shift responsible for accurate order picking using FIFO in a food-manufacturing environment. Operate forklift safely, use the scanning system, and verify cases against the Bill of Lading while maintaining daily safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards. Perform daily vehicle checks, complete paperwork accurately, and communicate issues to management. Must meet safety and food-safety requirements (SQF Level III) and pass required pre-employment screenings; starting pay is $24.00 per hour. This role supports production and distribution operations at Ken’s Foods in Marlborough, MA, on-site.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of drug test, background screening, and pre-employment assessment
