Job Summary
Forge Press Operator on 2nd shift in Verdi, NV, responsible for loading/unloading forged parts, assisting with machine setups and changeovers, operating trim presses and other equipment, performing visual inspections and basic measurements to verify quality, following production schedules and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals. Requires mechanical aptitude, safety-focused mindset, reliability, and the ability to work around machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus. This role includes hands-on training, overtime opportunities, and a temp-to-hire pathway with long-term growth potential.
