Job Summary
Operates and maintains forging equipment (hammers) and sets up dies per work orders. Reads blueprints, verifies product routing, and uses serialization/defect identification to ensure quality. Supervises 2 to 4 forge helpers in forging dies, oversees hammer operation, and ensures dies are aligned and adjusted for correct operation. Requires physical stamina and basic math; mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills are desired. Location: Cleveland, OH. Posted salary around $32.10/hour (annualized to $66,768).

- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous forging experience a plus
