Job Summary
Assist with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of die-making equipment, including setting up dies and trimmers. Produce test parts for inspection prior to production and monitor for quality throughout the production run. Perform related tasks as directed by the supervisor while maintaining a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols. This role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to read instructions and solve practical problems. Employees must occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and wear safety glasses.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing and operations
- Ability to read and comprehend a variety of instructions and standard operating procedures
- Strong analytical skills and practical problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
