Job Summary
Act as stretcher crew during each of the 15+ home games, executing in-game presentations and supporting promotional activities. Interact with fans, operations staff, and corporate partners to create an engaging fan experience, including seat visits and managing giveaways. Assist the mascot performer and handle duties as assigned in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Must be 18 years or older, organized, and able to communicate effectively with large crowds. Compensation is $75 per game with payment issued for each game worked. This role is part of the existing Forge FC 2026 season team at Hamilton Stadium.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work the majority of home games
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be organized
- Must be able to communicate effectively with fans, staff, and special guests
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Must be comfortable interacting with large crowds, children, and special guests
- Must be able to think proactively and quickly on your feet in dynamic situations
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have an energetic, proactive, and outgoing personality
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and interacting with large groups of fans
