Job Summary
Foreperson to lead roading maintenance and construction crews across Thames region; responsibilities include planning daily activities, ensuring safety and quality on-site, coordinating with supervisors/engineers/project managers, and delivering work to standards in pavement, drainage, earthworks, sealing, and road repairs. Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in roading maintenance and/or roading construction
- Previous leadership, foreperson, or supervisory experience
- Solid understanding of civil construction methodologies
- A proactive, safety-first mindset
- Excellent communication and team-coordination skills
- Full driver licence (Class 2 beneficial; WTR advantageous)
