Job Summary
Foreperson coordinates crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies to complete jobs per contract specs. Responsibilities include directing and supervising crew performance, planning and executing work safely and efficiently, organizing assignments, communicating with property owners, enforcing PPE and safety rules, managing gear and trucks, loading/unloading materials, performing site inspections and daily briefings, maintaining records of time and materials, and ensuring compliance with job specifications. Requires ability to lead field operations outdoors, work extended hours, travel for storm restoration as needed, hold a valid driver’s license, and pass background and drug screening; certification in first aid/CPR is required. The role is full-time with benefits such as health insurance and PTO/401K offered.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or education equivalent preferred
- Must have and maintain a Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen as required for this job.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain first-aid certification and CPR
