Job Summary
Foreperson coordinates crew members, equipment, and supplies to complete tree-related vegetation management projects according to contract specifications. Directs crew tasks, supervises performance, ensures safety practices and PPE usage, plans and executes work safely and efficiently, communicates with property owners about access and permissions, inspects and maintains equipment and records, and may assist with storm restoration duties. Must have prior Foreperson/Crew Leader experience and a High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions are required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Foreperson/Crew Leader in a similar role is required.
