Foreperson

Job Summary
Direct construction site activities including reading blueprints, recording daily events in job diaries, and scheduling materials and equipment for the crew. Analyze crew and site safety plans, obtain quantities for billing, and review cost reports for production adjustments. Conduct site, E&S, and job turnover meetings while communicating goals and representing the company professionally to customer representatives. Enforce company values and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; competitive salary and comprehensive benefits provided. Located in Pocono Lake Division.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- One year of related experience and/or training
- Ability to read blueprints and job-related documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Mathematical skills including probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Problem solving
- Basic computer skills including Internet, email, and the use of digital cameras for work documentation
- Driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Pre-employment drug testing
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of related experience and/or training
- Supervisory experience
- OSHA or other relevant safety certifications
