Foreperson - Carpenter

Lead and supervise a crew of carpenters, concrete finishers, and labourers while interfacing with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain a hazard-free environment by enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting daily toolbox talks, and managing resources to keep operations efficient. Monitor project schedules to ensure work completes within regular hours and deadlines, resolving on-site challenges and proactively managing work sequencing. Work a 10 days on, 4 days off schedule with statutory holidays off in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.
