Coordinate crew members, equipment, and supplies to complete vegetation management jobs per contract specifications, overseeing safety, operations, and OSHA compliance for aerial bucket truck tasks. Direct daily crew performance, assign specific tasks, and manage equipment usage while maintaining accurate records of time and materials. Notify property owners of presence, obtain permission for tree trimming or herbicide application, and discuss access and power interruption issues. Submit daily reports via the AMS system for timesheets and billing, ensure proper job setup, and maintain above-standard customer relations. Requires three years in vegetation management, valid driver's license, and ability to work independently in the field.
