Conduct daily client support including medication management, motivation for employment or day activities, and leading group tasks like cooking and home maintenance. Facilitate restorative goals through individual and group guidance, coordinate with treatment providers and external partners such as Fivoor and the neighborhood police, and conduct ventilating conversations. Manage reporting and reflection while participating in team meetings, supervision, and case studies. Work within a team of restorative coordinators and guides supporting residents with psychiatric vulnerabilities in protected housing and day care settings.
