Job Summary

Lead eDiscovery workflows across identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production stages while conducting forensic collections from endpoints, servers, cloud platforms, and mobile devices. Administer RelativityOne workspaces, manage permissions and analytics, and design Technology Assisted Review strategies. Collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders to scope data sources, develop practice methodologies, and coach junior members. Ensure compliance with data protection and legal hold requirements throughout all processes. This role supports high-stakes litigation and regulatory investigations within Deloitte's Forensic Technology practice, offering opportunities to influence client outcomes and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in eDiscovery, forensic technology, litigation support, or digital forensics
  • Strong knowledge of the full EDRM lifecycle
  • Proven ability to manage complex workstreams or small teams in litigation, regulatory, or investigation contexts
  • Hands-on expertise with RelativityOne administration and configuration
  • Familiarity with forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, Nuix, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of legal technology
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (including GDPR)
  • Understanding of defensible evidence handling
  • Experience with enterprise data sources like Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms

  • Ensuring compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and legal hold requirements throughout forensic and eDiscovery processes
