Forensic Nurse - ART ED

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse II on the forensic nursing unit delivers individualized, goal-directed care using the nursing process in the ART ED for patients and families, leads and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and maintains a safe, private, respectful environment. Requires RN licensure with SC board or a compact state and at least one year of RN experience; BSN preferred and an accredited BSN enrollment/ completion within specified timelines. BLS certification required. The role emphasizes patient/family-centered care, adherence to nursing standards and practice, and participation in governance and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
