Job Summary
Review design and construction documents to support forensic investigations and system design. Document site conditions, conduct field surveys, and perform non-destructive or destructive testing. Design and analyze HVAC and plumbing systems in compliance with industry standards and codes. Prepare detailed reports, construction documents, and specifications to support projects. Support the construction administration phase, including inspections of remedial work for compliance. Requires a PE license, four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering, and ability to travel 30%.
