Job Summary

Facilitate engagement with individuals during program intake to identify specific needs and formulate service plans tailored to their forensic histories. Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential challenges and develop strategies to mitigate barriers to successful reintegration. Organize focus groups, workshops, and activities centered on supporting community reintegration, promoting stability through skill building, and educating clients on avoiding recidivism. Connect clients with critical resources including record sealing, workplace rights education, drug law updates, and assistance with obtaining criminal records. Monitor and document client progress, adapting service plans as necessary to achieve positive outcomes for those enrolled in SUS programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Forensic knowledge/history
  • Experience with homelessness and mental illness

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Experience working with forensic/reentry populations preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred, not required.
