Job Summary
Forensic Engineer & Technical Lead sought to drive excellence in forensic investigations, design evaluation, and technical leadership with hybrid work in Florida. Lead complex investigations, conduct peer reviews of technical reports, hire and mentor engineering staff, supervise property/construction division operations, and communicate findings to diverse audiences. Requires PE license, 20+ years in construction/design/forensic engineering and technical management, expertise in structural evaluation, damage/fire/moisture/roofing/weather-related assessments, and experience as a testifying expert in construction defect claims; active involvement in forensic/engineering associations. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience: 20+ years in construction/design, forensic engineering, and technical management
- Expertise in structural evaluation, damage assessment, building envelope systems, roofing, moisture evaluations, fire damage assessments, severe weather event investigations
- Experience as a testifying expert in construction defect claims
- Active membership in professional forensic/engineering associations
- Must be licensed in multiple states (preferably)
