Forensic Architect with NCARB accreditation and a licensed architect credential to lead forensic investigations of building issues. Responsibilities include conducting field inspections to determine cause/origin, reviewing construction plans and timelines, creating detailed plans of loss (scope, schedule, repair structures, budget), and communicating complex findings to diverse audiences. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, stays current with codes and standards, and travels to client sites. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of experience with 5 years in consulting, NCARB, architectural license, Slip Testing Certification, and ability to travel; travel may involve work at sites and on roofs, including confined spaces.
