Job Summary
Forensic Architect needed to identify issues and provide solutions using ethical, comprehensive investigation methods at California offices. Day-to-day duties include conducting forensic field inspections to determine cause and origin of building issues and proposing solutions; reviewing construction plans, documents, and timelines for new or existing buildings and standards of care; creating detailed plans of loss including summary, scope, schedule, repair structures, total loss, and budget; communicating complex information effectively to diverse audiences; collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to analyze complex issues, attend meetings, and stay current with new codes and standards; must be able to travel to site and client sites; NCARB accreditation, a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of experience with 5 years in consulting, and a licensed architect are required.
Required Qualifications

- NCARB accreditation
- 10 years of working experience

- License as a practicing architect
- Ability to travel to site and/or client sites, work in confined spaces, and climb roofs
