Job Summary
Forensic Architect to conduct field inspections to determine the cause/origin of building issues; review construction plans, documents, and timelines; create detailed plans of loss (including scope, schedule, repair structures, budget); communicate complex information to diverse audiences; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze issues and stay current with codes and standards; must hold a Bachelor's degree and NCARB accreditation, 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in consulting, licensure as an architect, and Slip Testing Certification; ability to travel to sites and work in confined spaces, including roof access. Florida office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and NCARB accreditation
- 10 years of working experience and 5 years of consulting experience
- License as a practicing architect and Slip Testing Certification
- Ability to travel to site and/or client sites, work in confined spaces, and climb roofs
