Job Summary
Conduct forensic field inspections to determine the cause and origin of building issues and provide solutions. Review construction plans, documents, and timelines for new or existing buildings, and create detailed plans of loss including scope, schedule, and budget. Communicate complex information to various audiences while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to analyze issues, attend meetings, and stay current with new codes and standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree, NCARB accreditation, practicing architect license, and 10 years of experience with 5 in consulting. Eligible for Blueprint Helpers referral program.
