Job Summary
Monitor business operations and expenses domestically and internationally while leading investigations and audits to identify and prevent internal misconduct. Manage disputes and litigation cases, implement compliance training, and respond to customer harassment issues. Collaborate cross-functionally with Internal Audit, HR, Legal, and Finance to propose process improvements and drive operational efficiency. Utilize AI and data tools to enhance analysis and support sustainable growth across the Commerce & Marketing Company.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in various types of negotiations at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department
- Experience in human resources at a major Japanese company
- Experience managing training programs at a major foreign-affiliated company
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability) or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
Desired Qualifications
- Practical experience in accounting monitoring or auditing
- Practical experience in an accounting or finance department
- Experience developing plans from scratch to achieve goals
- Project management experience
