Forensic Accountant / Financial Analytics Lead

Job Summary
Forensic Accountant / Financial Analytics Lead responsible for financial forecasting, cost analysis, and forward-looking planning across customer operations. Builds and maintains forecasting models for revenue, expenses, and profitability; develops and enhances cost allocation approaches across regions and programs; creates dashboards and visual reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) for leadership; integrates data from multiple systems to provide a comprehensive financial view; partners with Finance, PMO, and Operations to drive data accuracy and strategic financial decisions; must align with North America business hours and collaborate with global teams; fully remote with flexible location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience in financial analysis, forensic accounting, or FP&A
- Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tools
- Experience with data integration from multiple systems
- Knowledge of tools such as Python, R, SQL (optional but preferred)
- Experience in technology, telecom, or services-based environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with project financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, Kantata, or similar)
