Job Summary
Build and maintain strong relationships with elected representatives in local unions across Kalmar County by recruiting new members and supporting their roles. Deliver union training for new organizations and lead basic trade union courses for unions requiring it. Act as a central point of contact for the union's district branch while collaborating with a network of union representatives from both public and private sectors. This three-year assignment requires 20% time off your regular job under the trustee act, with potential for extension. Applicants must be active members of the SSR union with experience in engagement building and current or prior union leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Member of Akademikerförbundet SSR
- Experience with engagement-building initiatives
- Current or previous trade union representative role for Akademikerförbundet SSR
- Good knowledge and experience from the union movement
- Habit for following up and driving own projects
- Alignment with trade union values
