Foreman - Water Transfer

Job Summary
Foreman leading Water Transfer crews to safely set up, operate, and rig down poly pipe, lay flat hose, and transfer pumps for water-move operations. Responsibilities include loading/unloading materials, monitoring gauges and machinery, servicing pumps/generators, enforcing safety procedures with proper PPE, assisting in containment and spill cleanups, coordinating with team via signals/radios/phones, using hand and power tools, and ensuring training compliance (DOT, OSHA). Requires 3-4 years oil & gas/rig experience and 2-3 years supervisory experience; strong organizational, communication, and safety-focused skills; ability to work outdoors in all conditions and interact effectively within a team.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of oil & gas / rig experience
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Mechanical inclination
- Safety oriented
- Ability to identify dangerous conditions and act accordingly
- Experience in energy industry a plus
