Foreman - Water Transfer

Job Summary
Foreman in Water Transfer leading crews to safely set up, operate, and rig down water transfer operations. Responsible for laying and picking up poly line, lay flat hose, running transfer pumps, loading/unloading pipe and equipment for transport, observing gauges and adjusting controls, and setting up pumps and generators at job sites. Must follow safety procedures, use PPE, assist in containment and spill clean-ups, communicate effectively with team using signals/radios/phones, operate basic hand and power tools, and drive trucks to move equipment and personnel. Requires DOT/OSHA safety training and ongoing training; outdoor work in varied weather; strong leadership and supervisory skills; and a focus on safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of oil & gas / rig experience
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- Must possess outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Must be detail oriented due to safety
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Safety oriented
- Able to interact and perform successfully within a team environment
- Demonstrate professionalism
- Demonstrate initiative to learn and develop new skill
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
