Foreman Utility

Oversee daily field operations for underground utility construction projects, supervising crews installing water mains, sanitary sewer systems, and storm drainage. Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maintain schedules and quality standards. Read blueprints and utility plans, verify elevations and grades using survey equipment, and ensure proper trenching, shoring, excavation, backfilling, and compaction practices. Schedule material deliveries and coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and utility companies. Must be able to lay sewer, water, and storm drains or operate equipment.
