Responsibilities include directing production to meet budgets, generating daily production reports and time cards, identifying scope changes for the Project Supervisor/Project Manager, and supervising work to comply with contractual obligations. The role involves operating equipment, locating for directional drilling, ensuring a zero-incident safety culture, and maintaining paperwork and trainings to support project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License
- Able to read blue prints and accurately interpret job specifications and orders
- Experience in the underground utilities construction industry
- Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and customers
- Must be physically fit to endure the daily activity involved with the job
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
