Job Summary
Foreman leads crew in utility construction projects to complete installations in an orderly, timely and cost-effective fashion; operates equipment when necessary and provides direction and production goals to crew; prepares and submits daily reports including crew time cards and production data; identifies scope changes and communicates with Project Supervisor/Manager; ensures alignment with contractual obligations, monitors productivity to meet budgets, fosters a zero-incident safety culture, and coordinates safety training and paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License
- Able to read blue prints and accurately interpret job specifications and orders
- Ability to use computer/electronic device to monitor production and submit reports and time sheets
- Experience in the underground utilities construction industry
- Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and customers
