Job Summary
Foreman leading and supervising crews of 2–6 technicians on low-voltage systems. Responsibilities include conduit installation (3/4" and 1"), rough-in low-voltage cabling, terminating wiring in control panels, assisting with Building Management System (BMS) integration, and supporting fire alarm, access control, AV, telecommunications, and data systems. Coordinate field activities with other trades, maintain field documentation (reports, change requests, delays), manage installation schedules and material requirements, and assign daily work. Requires safe, productive, quality workmanship with ongoing training; use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Smartsheet for project tracking and communication. Physical demands include climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, standing, lifting/moving tools and materials, and working in varying weather; travel throughout the local area as required.
