Job Summary
Foreman leads a 2-4 person crew on commercial fence installation projects, supervising, planning daily tasks, and ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. Responsible for installing chain link fencing, ornamental iron fencing, gates, and related perimeter security products; reads construction plans, assists with project planning, mentors crew members, tracks materials and equipment, and communicates with superintendents and management to maintain progress and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of fence installation experience
- Experience installing chain link fencing, ornamental iron fencing, and gates
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Welding experience required
- Previous crew lead or foreman experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a background check preferred
