Job Summary
Foreman position in Platteville, CO leading concrete and excavation crews for a long-term, full-time opportunity with a family-owned construction company. Responsibilities include steering crews in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing safety, maintaining an excellent driving record, and passing pre-employment and periodic screenings. Must be able to communicate effectively, lead by example, and be willing to work overtime up to seven days a week. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA, life and disability insurance, 401K with company match after one year, and PTO. Salary is hourly $28-$33 DOE. --- This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to oversee field operations on site in Platteville, CO.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of related experience in Concrete and Excavation activities
- Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment
- Be hardworking, dependable, and safety minded
- Willingness to work overtime up to 7 days per week if necessary
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and periodic screenings
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead your team through example
- Possession of a valid driver's license with proof of an outstanding 5-year driving record
