Job Summary
Lead crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines. Read and understand blueprints, assist the supervisor with daily activities, and safely operate heavy machinery and equipment. Help with training new crew members, communicate with property owners to resolve issues, and perform work in all weather conditions. Maintain compliance with company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations. This role requires a valid driver's license, at least three years of related experience, and the ability to work in remote locations and confined spaces.

Desired Qualifications
