Foreman

Foreman leading commercial construction efforts across Manitoba projects. Responsible for pre-construction and construction management, including developing master project schedules with input from subcontractors, ensuring safety and environmental plans, reviewing contracts, coordinating with the Project Manager, selecting trade subcontractors, conducting constructability reviews, directing daily site operations, managing subcontractors and suppliers, tracking progress and budget, coordinating permits and inspections, facilitating commissioning and turnover, and maintaining site quality and safety programs. Requires 3+ years in construction, ability to manage multiple priorities, strong leadership and communication skills, familiarity with contract administration and construction practices, budgeting and scheduling proficiency, and travel within Manitoba/Saskatchewan as needed. Travel, valid driver's license, and WHMIS/First Aid certifications are required or preferred. The role emphasizes on-site supervision, safety compliance, stakeholder communication, and proactive problem-solving to achieve the project schedule and handover goals.
