Job Summary
Supervise and lead water and sewer construction crews on a daily basis, planning and coordinating work activities to meet project schedules. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and grades while coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors. Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies, conducting daily safety meetings and monitoring productivity and quality control. Identify and resolve job site challenges efficiently, mentor crew members, and complete daily reports and required project documentation. Full-time, steady employment with immediate start available.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in underground water and sewer construction
- Strong knowledge of underground utility installation practices and construction methods
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and grades
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's licence
