Job Summary
Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems in commercial and residential buildings while driving to various job sites. Supervise and guide crew members, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Submit written job progress reports, read and interpret construction blueprints, and maintain a clean work environment. Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools, and provide technical support to team members. Lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods. Work up to 100% travel to multiple locations.

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / electronic blueprint systems)
- Basic math skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to train and mentor others
- Good driving record (MANDATORY)
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems
- Blueprint reading experience
- Up to 100% travel to job sites

Desired Qualifications
- NICET Level I or II
- Completion of an accredited industry training program
- OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications
